Since its establishment in 2010, the World Wide Lab (WWL) has served as an incubator for experimenting with different models of co-direction, that is to say when more than one director is at the helm of a production. The focus of this chapter is to investigate this model of creating, working, and collaborating and how this model could transfer pedagogically in training the next generation of theatre directors.
